Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings/scheduling is the responsibility of the client and needs confirmation directly from me in order to guarantee service.

  • All services must be booked and paid prior to the service! Payment plans/financing may be discussed.

  • No refunds, however, I am pretty flexible and will work with you as long as you reschedule in a timely matter. I understand things can be out of control at times!


RULES

  • All scheduling of any services will be on a first come, first served basis.

  • Neutered males preferred for boarding. Any unaltered dogs will be evaluated prior to joining our pack adventures. Dogs must be comfortable wearing a muzzle if we see fit.

  • No females in heat will be accepted!! **Should a female start their heat cycle unexpectedly during a service, an extra charge of $50/day will be added.

  • Dogs must have loose leash experience for pack adventures. Inexperienced dogs on leash will be required to start a training program prior to enrolling in our pack adventures.

  • We will accept dogs of all ages and breeds, dependent on evaluation.

  • Dogs must be in good health to begin any service. We recommend being up to date on vaccinations that include rabies, distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and bordetella (optional.)

  • Dogs are recommended to be on a flea, tick, and heartworm preventative.

  • Availability & prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • PLEASE BE ON TIME TO APPOINTMENTS! I understand there are emergencies and things happen, but please communicate to me if you need to cancel or are going be late. My sessions are often scheduled back to back, and if you are late you will still be charged for the time that we scheduled.
